It explained everything he would be doing answered all my 20 questions and was very reassuring of what he would be inspecting. His report was so detailed he evaluated everything with pictures and comments, and I mean everything. I asked him many questions following the report and still asked him more questions a few minutes again and he said no problem reach out anytime he is so helpful, and I would 110% recommend him. This review is for an exterior pergola inspection. We had some concerns and wanted someone to come inspect it. Jose was extremely responsive, very professional, and showed up on time. The agreement and the inspection results came through an easy-to-use online portal which made it easy to review. He was thorough and spent plenty of time explaining his findings to me. I also appreciated how he didn't just give a bland, generic, "I can't make a conclusion I just give you the information" type of inspection. The inspector that helped us, Jose, was amazing! He has so much knowledge and experience. He went above and beyond. He was patient, answered all our questions, and gave us insight. That reduced our stress about our indoor mold and roof leak problems. We originally thought we only had two spots in our house, so we asked him to look there, but when we expressed our concerns about other rooms, he offered to inspect them all (without increasing the price). We're glad he did because he found a corner floor area that was damp from a possible leak, which explained our ant problem that the professional insect sprayers have been unable to fix! It was a really good deal because it included the inspection and thorough report, he wrote for us to give to property management. We hired him directly. He used more advanced devices for thermal imaging, moisture inspection, etc. than the inspectors hired by the property management. By researching the property before coming, he was able to identify an issue in the roof and knew exactly which room in the house to inspect. Jose gave us more valuable information than the others. Armed with Jose's knowledge and expertise in the field, we were able to point out things to the property management inspectors that they overlooked. When we presented property management with Jose's report, they took us more seriously and responded quicker than I think they would have if did not have it. I'm always skeptical of inspectors because we've had ones (for other home issues) that make us think we need to pay a ton for a service or replacement that we don't need just so they can make money. However, Jose had genuine concern. He shared his personal experience dealing with similar issues. He gave us the straight facts and his expert opinion. I highly recommend his service!
